Cancellations
As there is high demand for appointments, it is essential to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation (1 standard business day). This is to ensure the appointment can be offered to other clients. Late cancellations and non-attendances are charged the full consultation fee and do not attract a rebate from Medicare or Return to Work/Allianz and other CTP.
Reminder text message are sent to all clients five days prior to their appointment. However, as this is a courtesy reminder it should not be relied upon. It is still the client's responsibility to remember their appointment.

Private Health |
You may be eligible for a rebate from Medicare if you have a referral and a Mental Health Care Plan from your General Practitioner (GP) or psychiatrist (or pediatrician for children). Medicare rebates are currently $129.55 per session for Endorsed Clinical Psychologists, or $88.25 per session for Registered Psychologists and are refunded directly into your cheque or savings account on the same day as your appointment, Please note that you will need a savings card for rebate to be deposited into your account.
Please note that the gap payment is the same for both our Clinical and Registered Psychologists. Legal/WorkCover/InsuranceIf your therapy relates to a legal matter, work related injury, or insurance claim through agencies such as Return to Work SA (former Workcover) or Allianz/AAMI CTP, you will still require a referral from your GP. You will need to consult your lawyer/ insurer prior to your first appointment to ensure your psychological therapy is covered. Correspondence from your lawyer or insurer stating the details of your approved treatment is required prior to your first appointment, otherwise you will be required to cover the cost of the session. If your treatment is not covered, we recommend that you obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP to ensure you receive Medicare rebate.
